Complete Powder Coating Process Flow
From raw metal to finished coated product, every stage is carefully designed to work together as one integrated system.
1. Loading & Hanging
Parts loaded onto hangers and moved to conveyor start point
2. Pretreatment
Degrease, rinse, phosphate conversion coating (3-11 stages)
3. Drying Oven
Remove moisture at 80-120°C before powder coating
4. Cooling Zone
Parts cool to room temp before coating (prevents powder melt)
6. Touch-Up (Optional)
Manual touch-up station for edges/corners if needed
7. Curing Oven
Cross-link powder at 180-220°C for final hardness
8. Cooling & Unloading
Parts cool, quality inspection, unhang and pack

Why Choose a Complete Powder Coating Line from KETU?
Buying all equipment from one supplier ensures compatibility, reduces finger-pointing and simplifies project management.
Integrated System Design
Pretreatment, ovens, booth and conveyor are designed together as one system, not separate machines bought from different suppliers.
Single-Point Responsibility
One supplier for entire line means clear responsibility. No finger-pointing between equipment manufacturers if problems occur.
Faster Project Timeline
No delays coordinating between multiple suppliers. One engineering team handles entire project from design to commissioning.
Better Price & Payment
Package deal price is typically 10-15% lower than buying separately. One payment schedule instead of managing multiple suppliers.
Unified After-Sales Support
One contact for spare parts, technical support and future upgrades. We understand your entire system, not just one piece.
Optimized Layout Design
We design layout based on your workshop dimensions, workflow and future expansion plans. Every meter of floor space is used efficiently.
Complete Powder Coating Line FAQ
Common questions when planning a complete powder coating line project.
1. Should I buy a complete line or individual equipment pieces?
+
better pricing and unified support. Only buy separately if you have very specific requirements that one supplier cannot meet,
or if you already own some compatible equipment.
2. How long does it take to deliver and install a complete powder coating line?
+
from contract signature to production start. Large or complex projects may need 4-6 months.
Your site preparation should be completed before our installation team arrives.
3. What site preparation is required before installation?
+
(3) Wastewater pit or treatment system; (4) Ventilation and exhaust ducting; (5) Crane or forklift for unloading containers.
We provide detailed requirements in proposal stage so you can prepare your site properly.
4. Do you provide operator training and documentation?
+
We provide operation manuals, maintenance schedules, spare parts lists and electrical/mechanical drawings in English
(or other language if requested). Training covers daily operation, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Can the line be expanded or upgraded in the future?
+
add modular sections or design the control system for future expansion. Common upgrades include: adding more spray guns,
extending pretreatment or oven length, upgrading from manual to automatic coating, or adding a second color booth.
