From Inquiry to Production: Our Project Process

We follow a structured process to ensure your powder coating line meets expectations and starts production smoothly.

Step 1-2

1

Inquiry & Requirements

You share parts, volume, quality requirements. We ask questions to understand your needs and workshop.

Step 3-4

2

Proposal & Quotation

We prepare technical proposal with layout, process design, equipment specs and project quotation.

Step 5-6

3

Contract & Manufacturing

After contract signature and deposit, we start manufacturing pretreatment, ovens, booth, conveyor.

Step 7-8

4

Pre-Assembly & QC

We pre-assemble major components in factory for testing, then disassemble and pack for shipping.

Step 9-10

5

Shipping & Customs

Container shipment to your port. We provide documents for customs clearance and import.

Step 11-12

6

Installation

Our engineers travel to your factory for mechanical and electrical installation, piping and wiring.

Step 13-14

7

Commissioning & Tuning

Start-up, process tuning with your real parts, adjust parameters for optimal coating results.

Step 15-16

8

Training & Handover

Operator and maintenance training, documentation handover, after-sales support begins.

Typical project timeline: 3-4 months from contract signature to production start
(depends on project size, shipping and your site preparation).

Why Choose a Complete Powder Coating Line from KETU?

Buying all equipment from one supplier ensures compatibility, reduces finger-pointing and simplifies project management.

🔗

Integrated System Design

Pretreatment, ovens, booth and conveyor are designed together as one system, not separate machines bought from different suppliers.

🎯

Single-Point Responsibility

One supplier for entire line means clear responsibility. No finger-pointing between equipment manufacturers if problems occur.

⏱️

Faster Project Timeline

No delays coordinating between multiple suppliers. One engineering team handles entire project from design to commissioning.

💰

Better Price & Payment

Package deal price is typically 10-15% lower than buying separately. One payment schedule instead of managing multiple suppliers.

🛠️

Unified After-Sales Support

One contact for spare parts, technical support and future upgrades. We understand your entire system, not just one piece.

📐

Optimized Layout Design

We design layout based on your workshop dimensions, workflow and future expansion plans. Every meter of floor space is used efficiently.

Complete Powder Coating Line FAQ

Common questions when planning a complete powder coating line project.

1. Should I buy a complete line or individual equipment pieces?

+

Complete line from one supplier is almost always better: integrated design, single responsibility, faster project timeline,
better pricing and unified support. Only buy separately if you have very specific requirements that one supplier cannot meet,
or if you already own some compatible equipment.

2. How long does it take to deliver and install a complete powder coating line?

+

Typical timeline: 6-8 weeks manufacturing + 2-4 weeks shipping + 2-3 weeks installation & commissioning = 3-4 months total
from contract signature to production start. Large or complex projects may need 4-6 months.
Your site preparation should be completed before our installation team arrives.

3. What site preparation is required before installation?

+

You need: (1) Concrete foundation for ovens and heavy equipment; (2) Utility connections (water, gas/diesel, electricity, compressed air);
(3) Wastewater pit or treatment system; (4) Ventilation and exhaust ducting; (5) Crane or forklift for unloading containers.
We provide detailed requirements in proposal stage so you can prepare your site properly.

4. Do you provide operator training and documentation?

+

Yes. Our commissioning team trains your operators and maintenance staff during installation period.
We provide operation manuals, maintenance schedules, spare parts lists and electrical/mechanical drawings in English
(or other language if requested). Training covers daily operation, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.

5. Can the line be expanded or upgraded in the future?

+

Yes, if you plan for it upfront. Tell us your growth expectations during design stage, and we can reserve space,
add modular sections or design the control system for future expansion. Common upgrades include: adding more spray guns,
extending pretreatment or oven length, upgrading from manual to automatic coating, or adding a second color booth.
