Powder Recovery and Cyclone Separation
This module is used for powder booth recovery, filtration, and powder reuse. Two-stage recovery cabinets, filter units, and cyclone separators can be matched according to line size, color-change frequency, powder consumption, and air emission requirements.
- Imported membrane filter cartridges can capture dust particles above 0.3 microns and support indoor emission standards.

- The machine consists of three main parts: the discharge hopper and sieve section, the motor vibrator, and the machine base.
- The vibrating section and the machine base are connected by four groups of soft rubber vibration reducers.
- The adjustable eccentric weight rotates with the drive motor, producing centrifugal force. The vibration reducer controls the movement to meet the required working condition.
- During operation, the lower machine base has no vibration. It runs with low noise, low energy consumption, no dust flying, high efficiency, and easy movement, cleaning, maintenance, and servicing.
