Combustion Chamber and Insulation System
The combustion chamber, burner, fan, and rock wool insulation panels directly affect curing oven heating speed, temperature uniformity, heat retention, and long-term operating stability. This module is suitable for powder curing ovens, drying ovens, batch box ovens, and related hot-air circulation equipment.
Combustion Chamber Features:
- Uses a low-speed fan, with low noise, long service life, and low maintenance rate.
- The outer panels use powder-coated sheets, giving the equipment a clean and professional appearance.
- Uses a large-air-volume fan. Because the burner flame temperature is high, a larger air volume helps the oven temperature rise quickly and evenly.
Powder Recovery and Cyclone Separation
This module is used for powder booth recovery, filtration, and powder reuse. Two-stage recovery cabinets, filter units, and cyclone separators can be matched according to line size, color-change frequency, powder consumption, and air emission requirements.
- Imported membrane filter cartridges can capture dust particles above 0.3 microns and support indoor emission standards.
- The cyclone device separates and recovers powder, helping maximize powder utilization and reduce waste.
Stable Powder Supply and Fast Color Change
- The machine consists of three main parts: the discharge hopper and sieve section, the motor vibrator, and the machine base.
- The vibrating section and the machine base are connected by four groups of soft rubber vibration reducers.
