Curing Ovens & Baking Systems
Different oven types are suitable for different workpiece sizes, production rhythms, workshop spaces, and energy conditions. Ketu Machinery can configure a more suitable curing and drying system according to actual production requirements, forming a stable and continuous process loop with pretreatment, powder booths, and conveyor systems.
Multi-Line Bridge-Type Curing Oven
Suitable for high-volume continuous production. It can be integrated with immersion pretreatment, powder booths, cooling areas, unloading areas, and packaging areas to form a complete automated production line.
Features:
- The multi-line bridge-type curing oven integrates moisture drying and powder curing in one system. After immersion pretreatment, workpieces can be conveyed by chain into the drying oven for moisture removal, then enter the powder booth for surface coating, pass through the curing oven for curing, cool down to room temperature in the cooling area, and finally move to the unloading area for packaging and delivery.
- Advantages: It combines environmental protection, energy saving, and high efficiency. Based on hot air circulation, it achieves drying and curing functions and is suitable for large-scale production. It can be freely connected with different pretreatment and powder booth systems, making automated continuous production easier and improving labor productivity.



Straight-Through Bridge-Type Curing Oven
Features:
- The straight-through bridge-type curing oven is mainly designed for powder curing of extra-long workpieces and related products where process holes can be designed;
- Advantages:It offers clear advantages in energy consumption.
This oven type is more suitable for continuous pass-through production of long workpieces. Combined with overhead conveying, oven insulation, and hot air circulation design, it improves coating and curing efficiency for long profiles, guardrails, pipes, and similar products.
Straight-Through Horizontal Curing Oven



Features:
- The straight-through horizontal curing oven is mainly designed for powder or paint curing of long workpieces without process holes, such as aluminum profiles and guardrails.
- Advantages:Easy to hang, with a clean and well-organized appearance;
Tunnel-Type Curing Oven



Features:
- A tunnel-type drying oven is a tunnel-style mechanical system that completes baking through heat conduction, convection, and radiation. The heating elements are arranged rationally, resulting in low energy consumption. The oven body is usually long, starting from around 6 meters and extending up to 60–80 meters. The baking chamber is a narrow tunnel, generally 80–140 cm wide.
- Advantages:Suitable for small parts and products that are difficult to hang.
Box-Type Batch Oven
Gas-fired and electric box-type ovens are suitable for different energy conditions and production scales. They can be used for sample testing, small-batch production, and curing of large workpieces with low volume and multiple colors.



Gas-Fired Box-Type Oven
Features
This box-type oven uses natural gas, LPG, gas, and other fuel sources for heating. It is suitable for factories handling large workpieces with low-volume, multi-color production needs.
Advantages:Small footprint, fast temperature rise, convenient operation, quick installation, wide applicability, and low construction cost;



Electric Box-Type Oven
Features:
This box-type oven uses electric heating and is mainly used for sample testing and curing small-batch workpieces.
Advantages:Low manufacturing cost, convenient transportation, and short installation cycle;
Pretreatment Systems
Pretreatment is the foundation of coating adhesion and appearance stability. We match immersion, spray, or basket-hanging pretreatment solutions according to workpiece structure, dead corners, hollow sections, surface oil contamination, and automation requirements.
Immersion Pretreatment



Features:
- Immersion pretreatment completes the required process by fully immersing the workpiece in the treatment tank.
- Advantages:Low energy consumption, with certain advantages for products with many dead corners or hollow pipe structures.
Spray Pretreatment



Features:
- Spray pretreatment is convenient and efficient, and can support automated operation.
- Advantages:It can support fully automated line operation, save labor, reduce treatment liquid consumption, maintain stable quality, and avoid secondary pollution.
Basket-Hanging Pretreatment



Features:
- Basket-hanging pretreatment is designed for complex and diverse workpieces. It can handle workpieces that automatic spray pretreatment cannot process, offering a wide application range.
- Advantages:It can clean large, irregular, and hollow products and is suitable for a wide range of industries.
Powder Booth & Powder Recovery System
The powder booth and powder recovery system directly affect powder utilization, workshop cleanliness, and color change efficiency. Ketu Machinery can configure cyclone recovery, cartridge filter recovery, or fast color change booth solutions according to the number of colors, color change frequency, powder type, and production rhythm.
Large Cyclone Powder Booth
Features of the Large Cyclone Recovery System:
- Uses a high-efficiency large cyclone separator, with a single-pass separation rate up to 97%;
- The booth can be made with stainless steel, PP engineering plastic panels, or PVC engineering plastic panels in single-layer or double-layer sandwich structures;
- The booth bottom is mainly equipped with a pulse air-knife cleaning device;
- Uses high-quality long-life nano-coated cartridge filters, with filter life lasting for years;
- Suitable for coating production environments with frequent color changes.
Sandwich Fast Color Change Powder Booth with Large Cyclone Recovery System
Features of the Sandwich Fast Color Change Booth with Large Cyclone Recovery System:
- Single-pass powder separation rate can reach around 97%, saving powder;
- The booth uses a PP or PVC sandwich structure that is anti-static, does not easily absorb powder, and reduces powder consumption;
- Uses automatic flip plates and air-knife pulse cleaning devices to reduce powder accumulation inside the booth and recover powder promptly for reuse;
- The open external manual touch-up platform offers a large working range, convenient movement, good visibility, and helps prevent powder from blowing onto the operator’s face or overflowing;
- Uses imported nano-coated cartridge filters to capture dust particles above 0.3 microns, enabling effective filtration for environmental discharge and possible internal air return;
- Suitable for multi-color coating production environments with frequent color changes;
- Color change time can be controlled within 20 minutes.
Single-Stage Cartridge Filter Powder Booth



Main Advantages of Single-Stage Cartridge Filter Recovery:
- Nearly 99% powder recovery and reuse rate, helping companies effectively control production costs;
- The shortest powder recovery route, effectively reducing powder quality degradation;
- Relatively low fan power and low operating energy consumption.
Small Cyclone Powder Booth

- Earlier large cyclone systems had lower recovery rates, while small cyclones became widely used because of their higher separation efficiency.

Features of the Disk “Ω” Automatic Spray System:
- This equipment is used for paint spraying. It adopts rotary spraying, and the workpiece also rotates during the process.
- Advantages:Low paint output, high paint transfer efficiency, good leveling effect, and suitable for furniture, hardware workpieces, and similar applications.
Inline Water Curtain Spray Booth
Features of the Water Curtain Spray Booth:
- The water curtain spray booth directs overspray paint particles into the water tank or onto the water curtain surface. Odor and small amounts of unabsorbed paint mist generated during spraying pass through multiple water curtain layers for filtration, then are discharged by the exhaust fan to environmental treatment equipment. This helps purify the spraying work environment, protect operator health, and improve the surface smoothness of painted workpieces.
Advantages:
- The water curtain spray booth is easy to operate, stable, and safe to use. It is widely used in paint spraying workshops across many industries.
