About Ketu
Powder Coating Line Manufacturer in China
We are a Chinese manufacturer dedicated to complete powder coating lines, curing ovens and key equipment. With our own in-house coating factory and engineering team, Ketu turns real production experience into practical, stable and efficient finishing solutions for your plant.
A Powder Coating Line Manufacturer Built on Real Factory Practice
Ketu is a professional powder coating line manufacturer based in China. From day one, we chose to be a factory-driven engineering company, not just a machine trader.
We design and build complete powder coating lines, operate our own coating factory with multiple lines, and work directly with B2B manufacturers who care more about stable daily production than one-time low prices.
- Complete solutions from pretreatment, booth and oven to conveyor and controls
- In-house engineering team for mechanical, electrical and process design
- Real production feedback from our own coating lines
What We Do
Ketu helps you turn an empty workshop into a complete, efficient powder coating plant.
Integrated lines with pretreatment, drying, powder booth, curing oven and conveyors, tailored to your plant layout and output.
Flexible configurations for job shops and growing factories, with the option to upgrade to higher automation later.
Powder booths, curing and drying ovens, pretreatment systems, conveyors, jigs and control panels – designed to work as one system.
Layout design, installation guidance, start-up assistance and operator training until your line reaches stable, repeatable production.

How Your Powder Coating Line Is Built in Our Factory
We do not outsource critical work to unknown workshops. Ketu builds powder coating lines in our own factory, under our own engineers’ supervision. This step-by-step flow shows how your line is made before it reaches your plant.
Steel Structure & Frame Fabrication
All main structures of ovens, booths and conveyors start from raw steel in our fabrication area. Workers cut, drill and weld beams and plates according to detailed engineering drawings.
Every frame is checked for squareness and flatness so doors close properly and conveyor rails stay aligned, ensuring long-term reliability instead of only passing first inspection.
Sheet Metal & Panel Processing
Oven walls, booth panels and control enclosures are made in our sheet-metal section using bending and punching machines to keep tight tolerances.
Accurate panel fabrication ensures easy assembly, good sealing and stable airflow and temperature inside the oven or booth, which directly affects coating quality.
Pretreatment Tank & Tunnel Fabrication
Pretreatment tanks and spray tunnels are fabricated with corrosion-resistant materials and reinforced welds, because they are the core of long-term corrosion protection.
Each tank is water-tested for leakage and structural stability, and designed for easy access to cleaning and sludge removal.
Oven Body Assembly & Insulation
Frames and panels come together in the oven assembly zone, followed by high-density insulation installation and sealing of doors, joints and inspection windows.
Burner boxes, ducts and air distribution systems are installed according to the designed airflow pattern, securing uniform temperature and consistent curing.
Conveyor & Hanger Fabrication
Overhead conveyor tracks, drives and tension units are assembled and tested, while jigs and hangers are fabricated around your actual part geometries.
Trial runs are performed to check noise, smoothness and synchronization before shipping, so your line can reach target speed smoothly.
Electrical Control Panel Assembly
Control panels, junction boxes and operator stations are wired in our electrical workshop following clear diagrams and safety standards.
Clean and labelled wiring helps your maintenance team understand the system and troubleshoot quickly in the future.
Pre-Assembly & Dry Run in Our Factory
Key sections are pre-assembled and tested in our factory to verify mechanical fit, door operation, fan performance and safety interlocks.
Equipment is run at low speed to detect abnormal noise or vibration. Photos and videos from this stage are shared with you for review.
In-House Coating Line Validation
When needed, we simulate your process on our own coating lines – running sample hooks, jigs and parts to fine-tune speed and temperature parameters.
This practical validation reduces your commissioning time and helps you reach stable production faster.
Packing, Loading & Shipping
After all checks, equipment is carefully packed with protective wrapping, wooden supports and clear labels, so it arrives at your site safely and is easy to identify.
You receive packing lists grouped by area, labels matching installation drawings and photos of loaded containers, helping your team unload and assemble with confidence.
